Nearby Home Plumbing, LLC operates this Site as a marketing, dispatch, and referral platform. We are not a licensed plumbing contractor, and we do not ourselves perform plumbing, gas line, or related work. When you submit a request through this Site, we dispatch an independently owned and operated, separately licensed plumbing service provider to respond to your request.

Independent Service Providers

Every plumbing service provider dispatched through this Site is an independent business, separately licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE), and solely responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, pricing, and warranty of its own work. No service provider dispatched through this Site is an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Nearby Home Plumbing, LLC or of any other service provider in the Nearby Home Plumbing network. Each service provider is independently responsible for its own licensing, insurance, and conduct, and none is liable for the acts or omissions of any other service provider or of Nearby Home Plumbing, LLC.

You can verify any dispatched plumber's license directly with TSBPE at tsbpe.texas.gov.

No Warranty on Third-Party Work

Nearby Home Plumbing, LLC does not perform, supervise, or warrant the plumbing work performed by dispatched service providers. Any warranty on work performed is provided directly by the service provider that performed it, on that provider's own terms.

Pricing and Estimates

Pricing, written estimates, and any discounts or financing mentioned on this Site are provided by the dispatched service provider at the time of service and are subject to on-site assessment of the actual work required.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nearby Home Plumbing, LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from plumbing work performed by an independently dispatched service provider. Your relationship with respect to the actual plumbing work performed is with that independent service provider, not with Nearby Home Plumbing, LLC.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or republish content from this Site without permission, or use this Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Intellectual Property
